GW Drupal Webforms are used to gather information from users. Once a user completes a form, GW Drupal can send you and the user a receipt of the form data, while retaining a copy of the form submission within your GW Drupal site. The data can be downloaded in spreadsheet or .csv format at any time by your GW Drupal site administrator.

Use When...

A Webform could be used as a survey, an event registration tool, an information request form, or a variety of other uses. GW Drupal webforms are publicly available and can not be placed behind login.

Note: GW Drupal Webforms should NOT be used to collect sensitive user information such as Social Security Numbers or credit card numbers. If it's necessary to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as a GWID number, make sure that field is encrypted.
